MARKETING & PUBLIC RELATIONS
Concert Program Book – Writers and Production Assistants; Press Releases – Write and Distribute; Promotion & Advertising – Development & Distribution; Collateral Materials Development – Design and Print Coordination.
DEVELOPMENT
Grant Writing and Development; Corporate Sponsor Program Development; Acquisition and Commitment Processing; Annual Package Production; Spring Membership Drive Coordination.
SOCIAL EVENTS
Event Planning (Youth in the Arts Auction, Golf Outing, Annual Meeting, etc.); Promotions Materials Creation; Event Materials Distribution.
SEASON PLANNING
Select music, plan performances; Initiate creative process working with Music Director; Establish and finalize program content and budgets.
PROGRAM SUPPORT
Ushers, Ticket Sales, Promotion at events; Prizes.
